Looking for Manpower 1000+ licence

Hi,

Can any body tell me the procedure how to get 1000+ manpower license in India (Mumbai), since one of my friend running requirement agency in India Mumbai in a partnership basis , but now he wanted his own agency with 1000 + license since he asked his partner but he is telling him linger procedure, in straight i can say that his partner doesn't want him to get license.

Could you please let me know the procedure how to get 1000+ manpower licence copy from Indian external affairs. Is there any agencies to help us. If so please let me know the agency names and contact numbers.

I think Linger is the "V" and Longer is the "adj"

but anyways i mean somebody telling that it will take too long and unable to get the license,

I mean to say that what will be correct procedure to apply for this license in order to employ manpower in the GCC?

there is many types of license they issue like 300+,1000+ and 3000+ but i am interested to get 1000 + license.
