Notice Period

Hi

I am working under sponsorship of local company and have one month notice period. If I resign most probably they will relieve me within 1/2 weeks after cancelling visa and pay balance notice period salary. My question is

Once visa is cancelled How long I can stay in the country legally?

Or legally I have right to ask sponsor not to cancel visa during one notice period given by me?

(I need to stay at least one month to settle my personal things after resignation)

Please reply.

7 Days

No if they pay for notice period

(I need to stay at least one month to settle my personal things after resignation)

Settle the thing before resignation if possible.

Discuss with the management and proceed on leave after the resignation.

and once you're ready and all packed up, give your notice. Just make sure you already have your salary of the previous month before you do so.

7 days.

you could ask your company not to cancel your visa yet but its entirely up to them if they agree.
