Hello, could anyone suggest a "nice" area in Doha where we can rent an apartment (1 maybe 2bdrms) for 4000 Ryals? We are a couple with no kids, just a cat, moving from the USA to Qatar early next year. Thanks!
QR 4,500 for apartment 2bedroom, 1 hall, 1 kitechen, 2 bathroom & 1 Parking in Mansoura area... near AlMeera & Aryas.... but I gave the contacts to my friend who too is on the lookout for an apartment.... :)
It depends on what "decent" means to you... i've tried to find an apartment recently, and every time i was asking if it was a decent one, they used to tell that it was in an excellent condition and they were insisting on that fact... but it turns to be a trash for me...
you should search by yourself because what's "excellent" for others could be very bad for you, it depends on your standard.
I don't think you can find anything decent for 4000, especially in "nice" area. Decent apartments still start from 5500-7000. Add another couple of Grands for the "nice" area. And another couple of Grands for 1 BR apartement in Perl.
standards is a very small unfurnished one bedroom flat in Bin Mahmoud for 4500. Mind you the lease was signed about 6 months ago and it did seem to be a one/off situation but you can try some of the local rental agencies.

Yes, plenty of them. But are you saying the rent is fallen down? I don't think so.
Rent will go up ...Lol... that was funny!
Because of that "Rent will go up" slogan used around the Asian Games 2006... today the whole of Doha is in this BIG MESS.... only empty flats....

It depends really on your standards, I don't think you will get something decent with only 4,000 QAR / Month

Plenty of them here already...
Hi transyart,
its better you come here and search for an apartment. for QR 4000, you will get a decent 1 BHK semi / fully furnished apartment.
You will of course have to go around the place a bit to find out your preference of the area which would suit you.
