Sponsorship transfer

We hired a maid from Philippines who was working in Dubai. She did'nt come through an agency.
We would like to transfer her to a colleague's sponsorship as they like her and sponsor another maid for ourselves, someone with a little more experience in taking care of kids.
Is it possible to transfer the sponsorship and get back the power to hire another maid ?...Please advice guys..It is urgent.

Yes as long as your friend nationality is not a filipino. But if same nationality you can never get a visa for that maid.
