My daughter is holder of slovakian driving license which is fully recognized by EU / and is also a holder of international driving license. She is also holder of QID + resident permit visa. She will be visiting Qatar and during her short stay in Qatar , is it ok for her to drive private car here or does she require a Qatari driving license?Any suggestion in this matter?

If she has Qatar Residence Permet, she has have Qatar D/L.

Better check with the TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT..Few nationals are free to drive in QATAR for few days during their short visit in DOHA..

If her Driving licence is universal one , it will be OK for short stay.

If she has a Qatar Id she must obtain a Qatar DL
