I am an Indian...but you know there are many states in India..and each one has got its on traditional dress and traditions....but in spite of this we beleive in unity in diversity...

I have seen the kashmiri dress.. but i thought its better to ask any kashmiris if there is anything specific. And yes.. if the pakisthanis know about this...i respect and welcome there suggestions too.

As i said about Indian Flag..even i prefer that ..but the time is less... i am not sure whether i can do it in this time limit

Most of the Indians even don't know what is Kashmiri dress and who are Kashmiris. It is not strange, because there are a lot of reasons behind it. Better to ask any Pakistani, he or she will show you even their customs and culture also.

Why, I wonder, do you need to ask? Or are you not from India?

The Souks are awash with them. Any souk really. On a cautious note though, I was once sold an Indian outfit when what I needed was an Egyptian robe! You might want to get an idea of what to look for from Google before descending on the shops.

Better still ask any Pakistani or Indian parents to show you some examples or pin point what's Kashmiri and what's not from a site such as this:

Good luck and happy shopping!
