QTEL CONNECTION PROBLEMS IN MAMOURA AREA??

I'm staying in a compound near Aramex Runabout behind Mamoura Police station. Already 2 months QTEL Internet ADSL connection in this compound facing a problem, the connection suddenly disconnected for 3-20 minutes everyday and it keep happen every 1-2 hours, even last month it was disconnected for 5 days. This is really disturbing my work. More than 18 times I call to make a report to QTEL and nothing solved till now, the answer I got is: there's a problem in Mamoura area without any description what kinda problem is it. As a customer I really lose out, every month I pay 300 riyal for the 2Mbps but the connection is very poor, keep disconnected..

Can somebody advice me what kinda problem happen in Mamoura area with the QTEL ADSL Internet connection?

If there's any QTEL people read my question, can you advice me how to make a complain regarding this?

call 800800 and select the option to speek to customer agent and submit compaint, you must know the land line no and id of the connection owner.
