In short you need to have a sponser then be licenced and join the sponsers firm or alike. To have your own practice you need a sponser (or looks up LINKS in qatar who provide a sponser for you and organise all the fees, insurances, licences etc which can cost up to 80000 qar including the sponsers profit for the risk element undertaking) and then you need 200000QAR min to deposit into an account to begin with whilst all this process is going on. Concurrently you need to have establish a proper compliant surgery showing the place of business and (estimate 20000 QAR deposit then checks in advance for 12 months so you need a bank account as well obviously) its all paid up. Upon getting your business licence and your up and running you can withdraw the 200K and give it back to the bank if you had borrowed it in the first place but you need to keep a working capitol of minimum on 30k in the bank. Good Luck.

Your business would have to be sponsored and you would have to be licensed.
