Transfer of License

Hi everyone!!!
Can anybody advise me on what documents are needed to be presented when I am changing my Saudi Driving License to Qatar Driving License? Do i need to get my sponsor/company letter? My saudi license will expire next month. Is it ok to transfer the license even it is expired? anyhow my one still valid until next month..how much is the fees for the said transfer? You need a NOC from your company, Original driving licence of Saudi arabia then u need to undergo eye testing, done, thats it.
