drmana- its impossible for moon to come out so soon...specially on chauth, moon will appear after 8.30 PM. :(

Soniya- I am doing good dear. Wish would have done karwa chauth with u with proper traditional way. as of nw doing it as I understand. :(

Mums were hungry as hell..almost 6 in the eve....kids were normally on guard at the roof waiting to see the first glimpse fo the moon.

The one who saw the moon first, offcource would b the hero of all...lol

And i remember those false prank shouts..

"Chand Aa gaya"

Moms running out..and we got all the yelling...lol..

which time you will listen to the story of Karvachauth?I mean that that time only we doo puja for the plate of goodies for the mother in law and one plate of goodies for a brahmin lady..Do you follow the same procedure or something else.We have one neighbour she is teacher but she said she willtake the goodies plate.How are you going to do the puja in the evening..

My husband bought me kaju barfi from Aryas in Al-Meera.And in the morning when I was having it with milk I felt that they have mixed peanuts also alongwith the kajus for sure.. :(
