You can also try to skip eating these for a week and see the results...I know this somehow because my son is having the same problem with chicken...I also have a friend who had pimples and acne on her face and whenever she skips eating chicken, all the pimples will just go and dried up!

I dont think so, but if u have concern, avoud fried chicken and go for fresh chicken and opt for boiled recipes or grilled one
