This can happy anywhere - but more so for the expat.

You are employed for the skills you have ....

However to advance further you may consider improving your English :)

In this Company?? If you are just joining, just wait till

your Boss will give a you a recognition.. Don't feel sorry

at the end....just wait for the right time discuss with your employer regarding what he promised. Then if he said no...then resigned your job and look for better offer in other GCC Countries. Be CoolDude..

In Every company private or Governmnet they are employing Qatari Citizens even they donot know the job.

We must admit that they are Citizen and we are Expatriates.

If you are well experienced try in a Multinational Company, which usually they are giving recognition in every Staff who deserved it.

Working as an expat is mostly more about the money than recognition or advancement.

No need to get depressed. As long as you know that you are doing your best, then that's what matters..

Never get depressed. You will harm yourself only.

Indians intelligence and hard work is recognized world wide.

Prove your self an Indian. Work with full vigor and zeal.

Changing job is not a solution and does not give guarantee that in the new set up, you will be recognized.

Adjust and prove yourself an asset.
