Visit Visa extension medical

my mother in law is on visit visa, initially visa was issued for one month and now for extension we need to go for the medical check up.

what is the procedure for medical check up, and what documents are required there. please advise the required documents and their working timings.

Dear,

Only Passport and last issued visit Visa is enough. If they require any application then you can get from Abu Hamour medical Commission Centre, In ladies section a lady is sitting for this purpose. She can provide you typed application on cost.

QR 100 is the fee for medical checkup and they prefer payment through card.

I dont know about other health centres, Wakra i know because i stay in Wakra also typing to be done outside only inside health centre u cannot.

do all the health centre providing this facility or only wakra. wakra is little far for me, but health centre is very close.

do we get typest in medical centre to type form or should we finish it from out side first before we go there.

yes u need to take her to Medical check up, either at Medical commission abu hamour or even in some health centres like Al wakra health centre,

you need to carry her passport and u need to get typed one form provided by them in arabic, in Al wakra health centre u need to reach excatly before 7 AM so that u can get priority and all will be over in 1 hr max without much of waiting but in medical commission u need to wait in long queues.
