Advice on area to rent villa

My current rent contract will finish in December.
I was thinking about ask my company to upgrade to villa, maybe a not very big or cheap one.

Recomendations? I would like something like the villas near airport... if it would not be so noisy due to airport I would love that area. Nice places, quiet...
