Salary????

Hi everybody,

I just got an invitation for a personal interview in qatar for a marketing manager position after I've done a phone interview.
I don’t have any idea about the salary and benefits offered (during the phone interview, it seems that they have not decided yet on the budget). Now that I am going to meet them, they will ask me what are my salary expectations and I still don’t know how much I can ask for. I am canadian , MBA holder, having 7 years experience in canada and in middle east north africa region. My recent salary was around $4000 (+ fuel and phone paid).
Based on your experience guys, how much should I ask for? Can I ask for company accommodation better than housing allowances. And what about transportation.
Also I will be interviewing for 1 day. Can you please tell me what goes on during one full day other than meeting the HR and marketing teams.
I have heard from a friend that once you are called for a personal interview, this means that you are 99% thru.
