IPHONE 4 NO FACETIME :(

today i got my IPHONE4 from vodafone store . but there is not facetime .The lady told me that FaceTime will not be enabled on the consignment of iPhone 4 devices that have been received by Vodafone Qatar. Vodafone are working closely with Apple to resolve the issue.

But if you jailbreak your iphone4 so you will have that faculty.
Anyone have the problem ?

Vodafone Qatar is waiting for the approval for working of factime..facetime is installed in each iphone 4 just the problem is they dont have permission to run/activate it..but it will b soon sloved:) then we can use factime just iphone4 to iphone over wifi and mayb 3G network...
