Under Husband's Sponsor Benefits
Hi, I am just new here in Qatar. I am under my husband's sponsorship and I just got a new job. But it offers me a package salary, where there is no any transportation service and no airfare ticket?
Is there anything I can get more if I am under husband's sponsorship?because the company will not spend even a single dirhams in my visa?unlike when they get an employee with visit,tourist or business visa only??

they should have given you a transportation allowance at least, try to negotiate. For the housing allowance, some of the companies assumed that the husband already has the ability to provide you the housing, the reason maybe why they have not given you the allowance for it.
including housing, transportation and air ticket. But you can't imposed it. If they truly believe you are an asset, they will give you a good offer!
Try to negotiate and have it written in your contract. If you not happy with what they are offering apply elsewhere.
100% sure, but from what I understand, you are not intitled to housing, tickets nor transport as a local hire... I am just saying these as I know many friends here on Husband's sponsorship that are working, but don't get all the benefits, just salary...
try some other company then
