Airmiles shopping rewards

Has anyone redeemed a reward through their Airmiles points collected in Qatar?
I have claimed for a reward online more than ten days ago, and my points have been deducted, but no reward yet and no intimation from Airmiles as to whether my reward is ready or not.
The Airmiles number 44449210 is never answered and emails sent through the contact form on their website are never replied to. Makes me think they have shut shop and are scamming the public.
Can anyone please let me know how to contact the Airmiles office or anyone working in that office?
Such pathetic service - so much for a loyalty programme.
Thank you Baldrick, just went to Royal Plaza and found their office on the 3rd floor.Collected my voucher and now lets hope that what I requested for is in stock.
I also complained about their call center number but the lady at the reception seemed least bothered to rectify that however she did give her direct number just in case I need to contact them again.
I *tried* to claim but after 2 weeks was told the gift I wanted was no longer in stock :o(
I believe the place to collect is in Royal Plaza on Al Waab Street
MJ2005 - the website states you can collect the reward in 2 working days, but it does not mention any address of the office. Therefore we are trying to contact them, but with no success.
Ammara thank you for your suggestion but the card in question is not the Qatar Airways Qmiles card but the blue Airmiles card that you collect points while shopping around Doha similar to the Wafaa points card.
I redeemed my reward before. They called me I guess two weeks after i applied a redemption. Just wait for their call. It takes time depends on the item you have requested.
