Can anyone pass me a contact for a bank which is able to approve a personal loan quickly without the need for a salary transfer? Appreciate it, thanks!

I heired about Al Jazeera Finance! How is it and what is the documentation for get the loan from there!

My monthly salary is QR 6500 and salary account is in CBQ and in CBQ minimum salary for Personal Loan 7500 so I am not eligible to get loan from CBQ.
I need only QR 25000.
