question on sighting moon

In India Ramadan started one day later than here. Which is the correct thing? Is sighting the moon different for different places or can it be unified? The 27th Night (laylatul Qadr) has high importance. Which day the Angels descended? on 27th of Indian or Gulf Ramadan?

The highly blessed "Night of Laylatul Qadr" is not FIXED; it goes on changing every year and we have been told to search in the last 10 days of Ramadan. While Ulema's provided better options to search in Odd nights which are 21, 23,....so on.But to ensure 100% of getting the benefit of this blessing, we shall pray during all nights from 21 to 30.

Peace

I guess why it has been made uncertain regarding the Laylatul Qadr. Had it been declared on a fixed day it would have been unscientific, as moon is sighted differently in different places due to weather conditions, unless one uses astronomical calculations. Astronomical calculations were developed only later. But Prophet declared that it is on a fixed night based on astronomical calculations!

Just follow the ramadan wherever you are with full faith and strictly, India and Qatar are two different countries with thousands of kilometre apart, so there may be chagnes.

regarding layalatul qadr, it is not certain that it should be on 27th eve it can be any day after 20th of day of fasting, so one can assure it, just pray continuously after 20th day of fating during night with full faith you may get rewarded equally.
