Not able to upload

Is there any problem with the QL website??? I posted a job application and was not able to upload my resume in it. I tried uploading with different formats, no use.
The connection here is good.
The QL site is showing the status uploading and then suddenly the page refreshes and some weird HTML like code comes up.
Please check....

check the file size maybe you have big files to upload.
