Family Visa for children

Can I apply for a family visa for my children who are over the age of 23? They would like to come for a year to work.
I looked on the Government website and the only requirement to sponsor them seems to be having an income more than QR4,500 which we do.
The form is no longer available on line so not sure where to go to get a form or even to talk to someone who can help.
Is this something that my husband needs to discuss with his employer?
Children are both UK citizens.

Any helpful suggestions would be really appreciated.
