English Test Locations URGENT!!

Could somebody be so kind to let me know where can I find a Test center to undertake TOEFL or IELST exams apart from the British Council??

I am browsing through the site but so far all given numbers are not working... Ramadan schedule >:(

Any help will be certainly appreciated!

I gave my TOEFL in Higher Education Institute on C Ring Road just opposite Gulf Times Building.. If you register through ETS website for the test, you can get it at that location.
