Beverly Hills Al Rayyan - apartment vs. villa

Hello, we're wondering if anyone out there lives in Beverly Hills Al Rayyan and has any thoughts on going for an apartment vs. a villa.

We're a family with two young kids so are attracted to the communal facilities at the compound. The difference in cost is significant (12k vs. 18k) so we're wondering about:
- are there many families in the apartments (I found many ads for roommates to share the apartments online)?
- are they noisy?
- how spacious are they?
- they come with one parking spot. Is it possible to get another?

Any other insights or thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

HI

- There are many families living in the apartments

- Noise level depends on your neighbours, I have not found it at all noisy

- They are quite spacious, depending on what you're used to. No back yard though, but you do have a balcony and if you can get a ground floor apartment, they're the best

- Not possible to get another designated parking spot, the communal parking is first come, first served. However, we've never had problems finding a second spot

In my opinion, the villas are very much overpriced for what you get. The facilities are fantastic and the kids will love it

Good Luck!

the apartments are lovely, but if you have two kids, then probably not enough space.

Also - we spoke to them last week and they only had villas available, all apartments full with new leases.
