Qatar Airways as Employer

I have received an offer from Qatar Airways and would need help related to the following:
How is the work envoirnment?
How is the quality of company provided accommodation (appartment vs. Villa, new vs. old, Gym etc?
Do employees work very long hours?
How far the schools are from the company provided accommodation?

Any other information that you can provide will be very helpful to make my decision.

abt the accommodation I know abt cabin cru…….thr accommodation is very good…with all facilities
