Can I change my housemaid visa to company visa

Please is there any body can help me know some information regarding my visa i was coming here in Doha my visa is housemaid. My current employer can give me a chance to find outside work (not housemaid). And he is willing to give me release. My question is what am i supposed to do? Can i be work in other company and is there any company will accept me as housemaid then change to their company name is it possible. How and where i can take the NOC?
Please i need help urgently.

yes you can get cook visa but cost is high qar 10000
