My friend welcome to incompetent services of VodaFone. I had so maaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnyyyyyyy problems with them. Funny thing is that customer rep does not know anything about your problem. All they do take your problem note it down and forward to SOMEONE. They have no idea where it went, they called it technical person. They even dont know if someone will work on it. and the standard answer is it will be fixed 24/48 hours.

Worst service ever from a telecom company.
