i have paid the 100 set up fee and received the confirmation message from Qtel and i have also removed the battery to restart the handset but still i cant get the BB service.. does anyone know why? i have the 9700

you better ask the qtel staff to do the initialization for your BB. they did it for me and no problems at all.
