Can someone advise or know any agency that can help attesting UK education certificate from MOFA UK and also from Qatar Embassy in UK?

I managed to wrote to Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London and their website is full of information. They have a postal service and online payment as well, with a standard process of 48 hours services.

But I also checked the list of 50+ countries that accept such attestation under "hague convention" but Qatar is not one of them. I got this from the same website.
