Carefour food contamination?

Has anyone experienced possible food poisoning or virus contamination from food at Carefour City Center?

We normally go to Villagio Carefour, but last week went to City Center. My wife ate food from there and about 5 hours later was sick with Diarrhea and vomiting for about 24 hours, with a high temperature and aches.

I was fine until a few days later when I ate food that we got from there, (different from what my wife ate) for the first time, and again 5 hours later was very ill with the same symptoms.

We were very careful not to transmit disease while she was ill, and find it all too coincidental that we both fell ill after eating Carefour City Center food.

Curious to know if anyone else has fallen ill and suspects the food at this location?

Actually I was sick from the early hours of yesterday, and am only just getting better. For those who suggest I should have contacted the authorities, I wonder if you are able to do that when you are hunkered over the toilet!.

We are still unsure if it is the Carefour food. I don't even know who to contact. I looked at the MOFA website, but I couldn't find any contact information on there Health page.

Maybe someone can offer some real help?

Both of you had vomitting exactly after 5hrs??? strange very strange!!!

And did you wait all this while to post it on QL?? Oh man,how QL would help you out?? We can only give you few suggestions and advise..It would have been better if you would have complained to the concerned authoritites..But i think it's too late now....
