Hi...m 25 and single...i just got an offer in a company in Doha, Qatar at 3500QR per month...the company will be providing me accommodation, foods and pick and drop facility from office to residence...i just want to know if this amount is enough for me to live a normal bachelor life in Qatar and want to save at least 2000QR per month??? In addition, Please let me know what is the communication cost (mobile, internet etc) per month...futhermore, if any body guide me about the set up of a staff camp of a construction company as my residence will be there...Thanks in advance...cheers

Cost of living structure in DOHA varies from the earning of person to person..it's really difficult to answer sometimes..People with less than QR 800 and more than QR 50000 are residing here..

In your case, the offer is quite manageable and acceptable seeing your bachelor status..You will surely be able to save a decent amount of your salary in a month..But you should really think hard later once you'l try to settle down in your life..This package offered to you now wouldn't be sufficient then...

As accommodation, foods and transport is taken care of, you can save 2000QAR from 3000QAR easily being single. There are two options available for telecommunication : QTEL and VODAFONE. Check their website for rates of calls to your country.
