Vitamin B5 & Organic Cider Vinegar for acne

thanks guys.. i was in carrefor awhile ago, bought the natural apple cider vinegar.. but i think there's a different between being a "natural" or an "organic" product nowadays. with all the fuss going on about benefits of organic products..

yes mega mart has organic Apple Cedar V. Vitamin B5 you can buy a B complex vitamin at GNC or consume foods rich in it like yeast, liver, cooked broccoli, eggs, peanuts, mushrooms, split peas, soya beans etc

would request you to first find out the real reason for acne...acne is actually a manifestation of some inner irregularity..the body is throwing out the toxins or some hormonal imbalance in females etc.

once you find out the cause, the treatment would be straight forward.
