Is there a two year ban even if we complete the current visa contract with sponsor.can i join a new company without an NOC if the current visa contract is over
If you have completed your contract and left the country..no ban will be posted on you..only your would be new employer has to arrange a new fresh visa for you and u can come back anytime..ban is only when u have breached the contract,for illegal cases etc..etc..
So does it mean that every EXPATRIATES who are working here can change their job upon completion of their contract?????
It's not like that my dear friend...NOC is must if you want to change your job to other without exiting QATAR..To provide NOC is solely on the discretion of the employers..You can't force them to issue you..Speak to your ultimate boss/employer and request them for once for giving NOC to you..If they say NO, you can't do anything...You will get the ban of 2 yrs automatically once your present company will cancel the WORK VISA...
