what can be done if the employer is forcing the staff to work full shift during Ramadan? particularly the people who are not fasting.

i am working for Government and have to work full shift

nothing you can do

no Muslim discount for non fasting staff

Nothing can be done...To give half day working during RAMADAN is solely on the discretion of the companies...If a company wish to work for full day but giving its MOSLEM employees the half day coz of their fasting, you can't raise your voice un-necessarily...

I too have worked for full day during ramadan in one of my job before..Though that company used to give HALF DAY for the moslem staffs...

So better follow what your employer is saying..Raising voice would end up in loosing job...ok..
