failed in technincal inspection

This morning I went to Technical inspection and my car failed both on technical and legal requirements,

On legal requirement finding was Major fault- LICENSE PLATE MODIFIED ON MIDDLE FRONT

With technical requirement findings are as follows

Head Lamps -glass faded - Major Fault
Dimming lights -no focues- Major Fault
Suspension (front) -lower arm bush worn out -minor fault

I already brought my car in the workshop this afternoon and all the major findings were finished except for the minor fault which I haven't completed yet. I'm planning to bring my car again on Sat for re inspection. Do you think it will pass even if i did not completed the minor fault. Added question, on the legal requirement when I brought the result on the workshop they just straighten the plate number which is slightly bent on the middle portion
