Has anyone heard about kettlebell ??

Hello ya'll ..i have practically searched ever sport shop and been to most of the gym's but to my disappointment i still haven't found a single KETTLEBELL here in Doha Qatar.
Kettlebell is a russian weight and it's far more effective than a dumbbell or barbell ..
the reason why i wrote this is down in the hope that this post finds it way to people who order sport equipments (such as sports corner and so on)
Kettlebell is used in Crossfit Training

I bought a small selection from Sun and Sand in Center Mall.They didn't have any more when I went in recently.I am a certified kettlebell instructor and have weights upto 12kgs.
Yes, It's used in circuit training classes in six senses gym at sharq village.there are whole range of kattlebells available there. You can train with itindividually at the gym, or use it as part of circuit training classes
