Urgent Help required

Sorry guys for uncomplete Question and also my English is low

Now all detail here

My bro was selected one company as a Draftsman

One month before he joined the company

Just after 5 days he went back to his country due to family problum,

Company given to him totally Exit

I did’t see in his passport any remarks

I don’t know which visa the provided to him I thing visit like normally company

Now his problum finished he want to join again

So in my company Draftsman requirment going on I was submitted my bro CV

And they slected to my bro

So my manager submitted to Imegration office for Visa stamp

I just want to know he can as soos as or he (my bro) has to wait more 3 month or 2 years

Make sure if he did not have RP in his passport then he could come back...

If i understand, your problem is that that your brother already joined one company here in qatar and he went back. Then he is selected in your company so can he come to join your company??? right??

When he came ist time if he took the RP then story finished. He must have to take NOC from ist employer or wait for two years(i think) to come again here as a resident. Otherwise he can come easily.
