Work Permit and Residence Visa process

Hi - I'm trying to get a better understanding of the process to get a work permit and residence visa. Do I need a sponsor? Does a PRO have to file everything?

Any detail would be great. Thanks!

after getting a job and having the contract signed, how long is the process to get the RP? thanks...

It is hard to get filipina female visa nowadays...

and you don't need any contract for issuing a work visa. all you need is passport copy and graduation certificate copy. Signed Contract is needed for finalizing the RP.

keep looking for the job.. your company might get never approved for your visa.. why to waste time?

offer and the final draft of contract before they can process your working visa. Without the contract, they can't process so if you still have second thought, don not sign a contract until you're sure. But processing of working visa only start upon signing of contract because it's mandatory!

you mean Work VISA?

Term 'Work permit' is used for those who are in Qatar on the different from WORK type of visa (mostly Family visa) and needs a permission to work.

And yes, first you have to find a job...the company (or person) who hired you, will be your sponsor, who will take care of your Work visa and residence permit.

The process is simple. First, application for the Work Visa is submitted. Then it's either granted or refused. Once it's issued, your Residence permit is secured based on this Work Visa.

Well, you need a job. Then your employer does the paperwork.
