I am from India , and I got an offer from a construction company and they have sent me the visa and the visa entry date till November 2010,and I did't joined till today. As I got a job in Qatar public works authority and increment in salary . Do I need to change the visa or do I have any problem to attend with the goverment company with the same visa.

Please let me know ASAP. please advise and help me .

As the new position is with public works authority, can't they over ride the visa which was issued by the private contracting company

of course you need another working visa. Every working visa, like any other one, is issued under the sponsorship of certain company/person. And your construction company have to cancel your existing work visa, otherwise another visa cannot be issued.
