This is one of the primary reasons I don't comment on QL much nowadays. Moderating is horrible standard. They can lock up threads/delete offensive posts/ warn the offensive posters instead of just deleting the thread in its whole and not mentioning the reason. Maybe admins should look into recruiting and training more mods...
