So you can use the Sun sim to receive messages but not calls and not send?

my mom use SUN Cellular International SIM to text me at 1Php per text message sent, so it is used in the Philippines not here.

Yes at international roaming rate, next problem you can not buy load here, you can online if you have a credit card, or have your family eload your phone but. You know there are cheaper ways to stay intouch.

I know my Smart OFW sim works, but you can call the philippines for QR0.55 per min on Qtel thats 7 pesos only or $0.15
