so dont expect something like prizes, tickets , or anything else..

The answer was given by ahmed the 'Mod' as below,
Qatar Living Points are collected by participating in the forums
and answering questions in the Q & A part of the site. Each post
will either earn the user 1 or 2 points. The points a user has
earned will be visible to all other members of the site. In this
way a fellow member can judge how active a particular member is
on the forums and the Q & A part of the site.
For example, if a member who has been on the site for over year
and has only a total of 5 points, means that he/she is not a frequent
contributor, whereas a member with hundreds of points is very active
in the community.
Additionally from time to time, the Qatar Living gives out prizes
for the post active users.
Aside from the above, there are no other benefits to collecting the points.
Keep collecting the points.. if u reach 1 lakh points u ll get a 18 year girl.. and if u get a 5 lakh points u ll get a 68 year oldy.. qatar living is not getting the proper matches for this.. they are working on this..

Less points you get the more sincere in your work, means you may have no time to answer like this silly questions !!
if u reach 3 million points u get a free car of ur choice
Put your leg in every Question and post like some other people in Qatar Living, try to collect one million points to get Qatari Nationality
For every 100 points you get Qatar airways air ticket to any destination of your choice but 1 way ticket ONLY .
once u reach 100 points then u need to give a big party to all QL members :P
Keep accumulating your points, soon Admin may get tied up for some redemption of tickets or any others who are advertising in QL side panels
It's for no use..It just shows how active you are on QL and how much u know about the questions being asked here..
These points has nothing to do with money ... these points reflect your participation on QL forums.
When you reach 1 million you are promoted to MOD and you can shelfless prowl the QL site and delete threads of users....
Really I do not know what they are for, but you get more everytime you post.
