I am currently in Qatar under the company sponsorship, Since Company is ready to transfer my visa at any time but i don't want to Join any company and wanted to establish business in Qatar as a partner in "Professional Recruitment agencies in Qatar" or something else, can you please advise if i am going on the right path? if it is possible? the what will be initial stage to do so?

if you dont mind me askin....how much are u willing to invest? am actually right now a business developer of a manpower agency in UAE and am here in doha to look for investors in our company..when i say investors, i mean contractors who need workers for their projects...maybe i can help you free of charge...our other friend has a good point.. u need a lawyer to give u legal advices..a qatari is good but there are some other nationals which are cheaper but has same connections as the qatari...
its always safe to do it the legal way...

part of business initiation is surveys and knowing more. You can not know everything before you start and you learn as you go.
I actually have the same question. Especially on the paper work and legalities part, which is why I hired a lawyer. My advice is pay a good Lawyer, Qatari national if you can find because they have better links to ministry employees.

you guys dont answer his question... the main reason he is asking for our opinion is because he wanted to know more.. we cant just say hey you, you dont have much idea on that thingy so dont go ahead... instead lets give him insights what he could do better or best...
lets not just read the question, lets understand it carefully... i beleive what he is really asking is if he should continue it or not, instead he needs more info.. well, dude, make a market research...try to talk to some manpower people or resourcing people..gather your facts...then make decision...dont rely on opinionated answers...grab the facts!
