I know that apartments in Doha are expensive but I am looking for a nice new(ish) 1 BR apartment. Good size and with nice 'quality' furniture. I would pay around QR6500 per month.

I know these flats are few and far between and many I have seen the furniture is very cheap and old fashioned and then rents go up a lot for those with nice furniture and amenities.

Does anyone know of any apartments (preferably in AlSaad or Ras Abu Aboud area) that are good value and very nice?
