Are land lords of large flat complexes allowed to change rule for one tenant to another? Even though in our compound we are allowed to park only one car per flat one guy has not only parked two cars, but one is in my parking slot and has gone on vacation. When I contact the landlord they ask me to park somewhere else. Is this approach questionable under law?

What does your contract say? If your contract stipulates that you have spot X then the Landlord would be breaching the contract. Threaten them that you will move out or go to the rental dispute agency at Muntaza Park. I doubt the police would do anything. Keep complaining to the Landlord.
