Legal advice sought

In the building complex I am living another guy has simply parked his car in the parking space alloted to me and gone on vacation. When I contacted the landlord office they are not taking any action and just offering me another space for parking for the time being. But I take this as an insult as this guy knew well I am regularly parking my car here. Do I have a case here for going to police?
Use the situation to your advantage: Since the Landlord is not willing to do anything besides offer you another parking spot, demand they offer you something else as well. Say a discount on your rent for your inconvenience. If you stand up for your rights, they will be less likely to pull this kind of crap on you in the future.
Gulp down this bitter potion of ego with some water and wait for the guy to come back. Next time, you park on his spot. BTW, there cannot be legal action as the landlord is already giving you another parking slot.
there is nothing feel ashamed or anything, when landlord has provided other space utilise that, move on and if u think this way life is very easy, i know that person did wrong, but what is point in arguing or taking legal action ??
Might is right,probably other guy must have spoken and requested saying his car will be safe till he is back.
Check other place if some one else is alloted that space.
Life is full of adjustments
That guy would have taken permission from the landlord for parking his car in your parking space and that is why they are offering you another space. I think it is of no use wasting your time on court while you are allowed to use another parking.
