Overseas Incoming Calls with Qtel

Recently, my friends calling into Qatar from Malaysia is having problems getting through to my phone. Yes, they dialed +974 as country code. I know we will have the Qtel change of number from 7 digits to 8 digits on 28 July, but has that started?

Anyone else faced this problem and is there any solution?

Local calls are apparently fine.

As of now,it is working normal,me getting and making Intnl calls daily.

I'm receiving overseas calls continuously & my friends are not facing any problems.
