Eligibility - Financial Assistance.

This is my first week in qatar.. doha particularly... my company are arranging everything including my bank opening.. beside,ive been offered to have my personal credit card with up to 4x of my salary...

but,it is a lil bit tricky when your yearly renewal is QR200... expensive aite!

i have no idea about changing the salary transfer. it depends on company decesion. as far as i know mostly compaines prefer to transfer the salry to the employees where they have corporate account as its easy transaction for them and they can save on bank charges.

all the banks are having diff requiremnets for credit cards and loan .. just visit their sites and u will get the clear idea

According to my future employer, our salary transfer will be with IBQ... And,I understand that IBQ shall have :

minimum QR5000 - Credit Card

minimum QR7500 - Personal Loan

Can I change my salary transfer to other banking institutions? Or it has been fixed to only bank that the company has setup their corporate acct?

I heard that mashreq and arab bank are lesser requirement than the above.. Is that true?

i doubt that you could get with that salary. as far as i know the minimum salary has to be 10k to personal loan. but you might be able to get a credit card for this provided you get salary transfered to the bank ..
