well its a technical problem yeah we know this ! SO WHAT???? it is still their fault. why for the past world cups, the tv contractor was supplying very good signal and there was a direct line and if you send an email they at least reply with apologize. but with Al Jazeera !! huh ... i dont want to be offensive but they are kicking out the professionals and recruiting low profile people! its a fact and you wont be getting a professional assistance.

Al-Jazeera should pay 200 billion USD to Israel to initiate a research on timemachine, so that we can go back in time and watch the missed matches. Merely giving back 350 riyals won't do any good!

In civilized countries there are laws. Consumers have rights. Faulty products have to be replaced or refunded. That is a cultural issue.

since the 1st day of FWC, i was facing bad signal and the first few matches i was not able even to watch 30% of the timr. I was trying to call al jazeera sport on 5 different numbers, some kept ringing forever, others are closed or out of service. I send them an email online and they did not even reply. it is a station or a bahadur mini market?? and they dream about the 2022!!! huh! if u dont open new respectful sport tv station u have zero chances. its not only me. dozens of people i know tried to call them and emailed them but no reply. AL JAZEERA u must be shame of urself. success is not to make the deal of distributing the world cup channels in the middle east ... u need to provide serives. aftersales services u dirty liers!!!!

there are still three weeks to enjoy the games! Lol!

Yep still sticking with AJ, most games now are OK, just frustrating with the big games that there is interupted coverage

but I enjoy the replays of the best plays. Just like the other sports, if I have the chance to view it whether live or in TV, fine, but I am not really that eager. So you are still sticking to AJ. huh? The coverage was really bad!

Please excuse my tone but you really ought to separate your passion for hockey & your disinterest in football from the reality of the situation mate...& the reality is that the FIFA World Cup is by & large,THE biggest sporting event on the planet,one would be hard pressed to point out even ONE (real) country on the World map that this torunament doesn't have an effect on...this as opposed to hockey which is played by what Asia & Europe? & that too not all of Asia & Europe...

The simple question to be asked is this,how many non-hockey playing,non-hockey interested people change their daily schedule to watch the hockey world cup?(if i'm assuming there actually even is a hockey world cup,wouldn't know,never heard of it.)

The perturbing performance of an incompetent Qatari company leaves many paying customers without an adequate service for their fees which is a quite normal case in this greedy and uneducated country built and maintained on the grace of foreigners who are not at the least interested in the well being and image of a country which exploits them and kicks them out or keeps them as long as it deems it necessary.

Its too hot already....not to mention the humidity! And direct sunlight to top it off....crazy!
