My dad bought a honda crv 2009 and we are planning to sell the car as we are moving to UK. The car has already received offers but few days back we had an accident and the suspension was damaged. We have replaced the part with the original parts as the insurance covers the 1st year with the dealers. Now is it possible to dispose the car at a fair price which we already received offers and not raising suspicions or informing the buyer and getting a fair deal. The replaced part is genuine...please help anwer the question..my dad has a weak heart and we cannot bear the loss.
So, your Dad has a weak heart. You are asking can you lie to the potential buyer about the accident and replacement. I would think that lying would place even more stress on your father than potentially losing some riyals.
Because of an unrelated health problem, you are asking if you "must" tell a potential buyer of a very related problem with the car.
Not real thrilled with your lying about the car's history. In most countries that is illegal.
You cannot cheat the buyer, if he takes it out for a computer test, they will tell him there is an accident. He can find out from the insurance records too. Better be straight forward about the accident,and offer a slightly lower price than the market value, and you will easily find a buyer from a 2009 CRV.
